Bhavishya Kuber Nidhi Limited is just a small local setup. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It's mostly just a few of us who grew up around here or live nearby. We focus on the basics of what a Nidhi company does. That means a lot of record-keeping and talking to people about their accounts. We don't use any high-tech systems that nobody understands. We like to keep things where we can see them. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small shops. We fit right in. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we just clean it up and keep going. We aren't here to promise anything huge. We just provide a local place for people to handle their money matters. It’s a straightforward job. We don't have a lot of meetings or corporate retreats. We just sit at our desks and work through the files. Most of our visitors are people we see at the market or on the street. It makes the work feel more personal.
