Bhai Sahib

If you know the Clock Tower area near the Subzi Mandi, then you know exactly where we are. Bhai Sahib Bhawan is an old building that has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Being right in the middle of the vegetable market means that every morning is a chaotic mix of shouting, carts rattling, and the smell of fresh produce. It’s a lively place, to say the least. We go by the name Bhai Sahib, and our presence here is very much tied to the history of this specific spot. The building itself has high ceilings and those old-style walls that stay relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. It’s not a modern office by any stretch of the imagination. We have old wooden furniture and floors that have been walked on by generations of people. There is always someone coming in to say hello or ask a question, and the pace of life here feels different than it does in the newer parts of the city. We don't have fancy brochures or a website that we update every day. We just stay here at the bhawan, doing what we do and being part of the daily rhythm of the mandi. It can be a bit overwhelming with the crowds and the noise, but it’s home for us and we wouldn't really know how to function anywhere else. The clock tower bells remind us of the time, though we usually just go by the sun.
