Bbmct Foundation

You’ll find Bbmct Foundation over in Basti Banker, which is right near the main bus stand. We are on the ground floor at Kh. No. 36/25. It’s a very busy spot because of the commuters always rushing around for their buses. The dust from the road usually finds its way inside, so we spend a lot of time dusting off the desks. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where we can be close to the people we’re trying to help. Sometimes the noise from the bus horns is so loud we have to pause our conversations. We don't have a big team or a lot of resources, so we just do the best we can with what we’ve got. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture is just basic stuff we’ve gathered over time. People often wander in thinking we’re a shop or asking for directions to the bus stand, and we don't mind. We like being part of the local scene. It’s a bit chaotic and not very quiet, but it’s real life in Delhi. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or a fancy website. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help that day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a foundation in a place like this. We are just local people trying to make a small difference here.
