You can find us at 172 Hari Nagar, on Street Number 5. We are right near Budho Devi Hospital, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. Bansal Engineering Associates isn't a giant firm with hundreds of people. We are just a small group of folks who know our way around machinery and engineering problems. The office is really just a room with some drawing tables and a few old computers. We spend a lot of time out at job sites rather than sitting here, though. When we are in the office, it’s usually to figure out a drawing or talk to a client about a part. We don’t wear suits or anything. Most of the time we have grease on our hands or dust on our boots. It’s practical work. We’ve been in Hari Nagar for a long time, and we like the street. It’s quiet enough to get some thinking done. Sometimes the hospital traffic makes parking a bit of a pain, but we have our usual spots. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We do our best to help people with their technical issues without making it too complicated. It’s just about solving the problem and moving on to the next one. That is how we’ve always operated. We keep the tools ready and the coffee pot going.
