Balaji Tour & Travel

Our office is at Shop No-2909/3 on the Main 25 Feet Road in Sant Nagar, Burari. We are quite close to the Rashan Card Office, which is a local landmark people use to find us. Burari is in the 110084 part of Delhi, and it’s a very residential area. Balaji Tour & Travel is just a small local shop. We have a counter and some chairs for people to sit while we look up their travel details. The 25 Feet Road is always busy with bikes and people walking to the market. We mostly help the families around here with their vacation plans or if someone needs to travel back to their village. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website; people just walk in because they live nearby. We know most of our customers by name. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, and we just sit outside the shop until the lights come back on. It’s a simple life. We help with bus tickets, train bookings, and some trips people want to take. The office isn't very big, so if more than three people come in at once, it feels a bit tight. We just try to be helpful and get the tickets printed out without any errors. It's a regular job in a regular neighborhood, and we've been doing it this way for a while now. The dust from the road is always there, but that is part of being in Burari.
