Balaji Skill Training Council

We are over in E Block of Kamla Nagar at number 113. It is a pretty well-known part of North Delhi. Living and working here means you get used to the crowds and the energy of the market nearby. Balaji Skill Training Council is tucked away in this building. We aren't one of those huge organizations with a hundred employees. It’s just a small team of us trying to manage the skill training programs. Most of our day is spent talking to students or organizing the schedules for the different sessions we run. The office has seen better days, but it serves its purpose for us well enough. We have a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. Kamla Nagar is a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the parking is a total nightmare most of the time. We don't have any polished speeches or big corporate goals to talk about here. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. The building is old, and sometimes the plumbing acts up, but we make it work. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We see the same faces every day and that’s nice. We keep the files in order and try to stay on top of the council's paperwork. It’s basic, honest work in a busy part of the city.
