Our place is in Rohini Sector 8, specifically at B-27. We are right by the North Ex Mall, so if you’re out shopping or catching a movie, you’ve probably seen us. Rohini is a busy part of North Delhi, and it’s where most of us live too. We started this travel business because we wanted to have something local for the people in the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy corporate office; it’s just a regular shop where you can sit down and talk about where you want to go. We do a lot of bus tickets and train bookings for families around here. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to park, but people still find their way to us. We have a few old posters on the walls and a desk that’s seen better days, but it’s a comfortable spot. We don’t use any of those big words or fancy marketing talk. We just tell you how much the ticket costs and when the bus leaves. It’s mostly just the two of us running things, so if the phone is ringing and we’re talking to someone, you might have to wait a minute. We like being part of the Sector 8 community and seeing familiar faces every day. It’s a basic operation, but we put in the time to make sure things are done right for our neighbors.
