B R Surindera Industries is located right in the middle of Dallupura, specifically at A 35/36 in New Ashok Nagar. We are directly opposite the petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around here. We have our workshop set up where we spend the whole day working on different production tasks. It’s a practical space, not a corporate office with carpets. There is grease on the floor sometimes and the sound of machines running is pretty much constant. We started small and just kept going at this same location. My team and I are usually busy on the floor making sure everything is running okay. We don't spend much time at desks. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes. The traffic near the petrol pump can get backed up, especially in the mornings, but it’s a good landmark for people visiting for the first time. We just do our work, day in and day out. There’s no big philosophy behind it, we just make things and try to do a decent job of it. People in New Ashok Nagar know the building well. It’s been here for quite some time now and we don't plan on moving. It’s a tough environment but we like the pace of things. We focus on the machines and getting the orders finished before the sun goes down. It's not a glamorous job, but it is our job and we take it seriously in our own way.
