We are based over at Adarsh Nagar Colony 285/2, running Asiad Consultancy & Placement Services Private Limited. It’s a regular office setup where a few of us spend most of our day looking through resumes and talking to people who need jobs. The neighborhood is usually pretty calm, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We started this because we saw a lot of folks in the area struggling to find decent work nearby. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and checking the local listings to see who is hiring. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to match what a company wants with what a person can actually do. Sometimes it’s straightforward and other times it takes a few weeks to get things sorted out. It’s not always easy work, and we deal with plenty of paperwork that seems to never end. We just keep at it because people keep showing up at the door asking for help. If you walk past 285/2, you’ll probably see us through the window just typing away or chatting with someone who stopped by for advice. It is a simple operation here in the colony, nothing too corporate or loud about how we do things.
