Located out in the 3rd Phase of Bommasandra Industrial Area, our filter business is right in the thick of things. Hosur Main Road is a nightmare for traffic most days, so getting into the factory can be a bit of a struggle in the morning. Once you are inside 251/A1, it is all about the mesh and the frames. We make all sorts of filters for industrial use and the warehouse is usually full of rolls of material and finished boxes. It gets quite dusty because of all the fabric and metal fibers floating around, so we keep the fans running all day long. The office is just a small partitioned space with a few computers and some very old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them. We have a tea stall just outside the gates where we spend fifteen minutes every afternoon to get away from the noise of the assembly. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We wear work clothes and we talk about the machines more than anything else. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed because of the rain or a truck breakdown, but we just manage it as it comes. Bommasandra is a place where people work hard and we fit right in with the rest of the factories on this road. We have been here for years and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate by heart now.
