Arctic India International

We are based at 20 Rajpur Road in the Civil Lines area of Delhi. This is one of the older parts of the city, and it feels a bit different from the crowded markets or the new high-rise areas. There are a lot of old trees and heritage buildings around us. Our office is in one of those older structures. It has high ceilings and big windows, though we keep the blinds down most of the time to stay cool. Arctic India International has been around for quite a while. Inside, it is a very quiet and steady place to work. We have desks that have been in the same spot for decades and a library of technical catalogs that we still use. We are not the kind of company that has a social media manager or a flashy website. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. The staff here is small, and we all know each other’s families. We usually have lunch together and take a proper break in the afternoon. It is not a high-pressure environment, but we get our work done carefully. Sometimes the plumbing in the old building gives us trouble, or the internet goes slow, but we just take it in stride. It is a very traditional way of doing business, focused on long-term relationships and just being reliable every day.
