We've been here at Plot No C 83/2 for quite a while now. If you know the Industrial Area on Lawrence Road, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and workers moving around. Our spot is on the ground floor, which makes things easier for loading and unloading, though the dust from the road never really stays away for long. Being right near Balaji Mandir is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, the day starts early here. We unlock the shutters, check what came in yesterday, and try to organize the space. It’s an industrial vibe, nothing fancy at all. The floor is concrete and we have a few desks tucked away in the corner for the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. Lawrence Road is always loud, but you get used to it after a few months. Most people who drop by are regulars from the nearby units. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't a big sign out front, just the address and the name Ankur Jindal on the door. It’s mostly about getting the work finished before the sun goes down and the traffic picks up again. Some days are slow, others we don’t even have time for lunch. That's just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen the area change, but this ground floor unit stays pretty much the same.
