Amrit Clinic

You can find us over at C-41 Mahendru Enclave, specifically in Lane No. 4. We’re right opposite Vardhman Mall and pretty near the Azadpur Metro Station. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of movement all day long. The clinic is a basic setup on the ground floor. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and the walls are painted a plain color that’s seen better days. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. People come in from the nearby lanes when they have a cough or a fever. Most of the time, we know the faces because they live just a few blocks away. It’s a community thing, really. The sounds of the metro and the mall traffic are constant, but you get used to it after a week or so. Our staff is just a few local folks who help out with the paperwork and keeping the place tidy. We sometimes run out of pens or have trouble with the printer, just like any other small office. It’s not a big corporate hospital, just a small clinic where we try to help out the neighbors. Sometimes it gets crowded and we have to ask people to wait outside on the porch, but nobody seems to mind much. It’s just how things work here. We try to keep a fan running when it gets humid in the summer.
