American Express

We are based out of Rohini in Delhi, specifically at Kewal Kunj Apartments. It is a quiet enough spot in Sector-13, though Plot-46 can be a bit tricky for people to find the first time they visit us. We’ve been operating under the American Express name from this location for some time now. Dealing with financial matters and card services means there is always something to look at or a form to process. It is a lot of desk work and phone calls. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. The office is just a practical setup where we can sit down and get through the pile of tasks on our desks. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the mail arrives. We handle a lot of different requests throughout the day. Delhi can be a chaotic city, but tucked away here in the apartments, it feels a bit more manageable for us. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just follow the procedures and make sure the details are correct. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a quick break, then it’s back to the computers. It’s honest work, and we like the routine of it. We keep things simple and try to be helpful when people reach out with questions about their accounts or whatever else is going on.
