Our group, Amd Realtech Llp, is located at FU-71 in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a North West Delhi address, zip code 110034. The office is part of a regular building in a pretty settled neighborhood. Shalimar Bagh has a lot of trees and parks, so it’s a bit nicer to walk around here than in some of the more crowded parts of the city. We work on real estate technology, so there’s usually a few laptops open and some cords running across the floor. We aren't very good at cable management, to be honest. The office is just one large room where we all sit together. It makes it easier to shout questions at each other instead of sending emails. We have a water cooler that makes a loud glugging noise every hour, which we’ve just gotten used to. Our desks are a bit cluttered with notebooks and old coffee cups. We don't have any fancy signs or branding on the walls, just some calendars and a map of the local area. It’s a quiet place for the most part, which helps us focus on the tech stuff. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main road is blocked. We just come in, do our coding or data work, and head home. It’s a simple, functional workspace for a small team trying to figure out the market.
