Allianze Group

Our office is tucked away in Sector 24, Rohini, right near De Indian Public School. It's a quiet enough pocket of the city, which is nice when we have to focus on whatever project is currently on the desk. Allianze Group isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s really just us working out of Plot No.15. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table in the back room trying to figure out schedules. Sometimes the traffic getting into Rohini is a nightmare, so we usually start our days early to beat the rush. We’ve got a lot of files piled up and the printer usually makes a weird noise, but we make it work. It’s practical stuff we do here. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because most people just find us through someone they know. If you walk in, it looks like a real workspace, not a showroom. There are usually tea cups on the desks and notes scribbled on bits of paper everywhere. We handle things as they come, solving problems one by one. It’s not always pretty or fast, but we stick with it until the job is finished. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we like it here. It feels like home, even when the work gets stressful and the deadlines start creeping up on us. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every single day.
