Ahuja Spares House

If you’ve ever been to Bhagirath Palace, you know how crowded and loud it gets. Our shop, Ahuja Spares House, is right there in Surya Bazar, number 1853/13. It’s a small space, but we have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. We keep all kinds of spare parts tucked away in boxes and bins. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact one a customer is looking for, but we usually have it buried somewhere. The market is always buzzing with people looking for this or that, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have fancy displays or bright lights. It's just a lot of metal, plastic, and grease. We spend our days talking to mechanics and traders who need parts fast. It’s a lot of drinking tea and checking lists. We’ve been in this spot for years, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes written in pen. It’s not the most organized looking place to an outsider, but it works for us. We don't really do much advertising because the market itself brings everyone in. We just try to keep the stock levels up so we don't have to turn anyone away when they are in a hurry. It’s a busy, noisy life in the bazaar, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Just regular people selling parts to other regular people.
