Our place is located at A-6 on G T Karnal Road, right in the middle of the industrial area. It’s a noisy spot because of all the traffic on the main road, but it’s easy for the delivery drivers to find us. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s a sturdy brick place that has seen better days, but it does what it needs to do. Most of our days are spent handling orders and making sure the supplies are ready to go out. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door with a smile. Usually, you’ll just find one of us moving boxes or checking the inventory lists. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans running all day long. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and small factories, so everyone just minds their own business. We keep a pot of tea going in the back room for when we need a break. It's nothing special to look at from the outside. Just a regular gate and a sign that’s been there forever. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things simple.
