Adindia

If you head into Dharampura, you’ll find Gullian Street. It is one of those narrow lanes where you really have to watch your step. Adindia is located at number 2301, right near Dariba. It’s an old part of the city, and you can feel it in the walls of the building. The street is always packed with people, and the smell of street food is everywhere. We work out of a small space that has probably been there longer than any of us. Inside 2301, the ceilings are high and the rooms are a bit dark, but it stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors or the delivery guys who manage to navigate the narrow street. Adindia is just a small outfit trying to keep up with the daily flow of things. There’s no mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some old photos. We start the day early before the lane gets too crowded and usually finish up as the sun starts to set behind the old rooftops. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of small details. We’ve been at 2301 for a long time, and we don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s just our spot in the middle of Dharampura.
