Abddul Ghani & Sons

Abddul Ghani & Sons has been located at 6693 Ahata Kidara in the Bara Hindu Rao area for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of place, and you can tell as soon as you walk in. There are always a few of us around, usually talking over the noise from the street. The area is very crowded and old, with narrow lanes that can be a bit of a headache for deliveries. But we've lived and worked here so long that we know all the shortcuts. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens. We handle a lot of different things, and the inventory is spread out across a couple of rooms that are packed to the ceiling. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for, but we always get there eventually. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most people just know our name and where to find us. We sit on old wooden chairs and use desks that have been here since my father's time. It’s a simple way of doing business, based on knowing people and being honest about what we have. We keep busy with local orders and the occasional person who wanders in from the main road. It’s just how we’ve always done it.
