A Cube Designz

Working out of a mall has its ups and downs. A Cube Designz is up on the third floor of City Centre Mall in Rohini Sector 10. It’s Shop 76, near the back. The mall is always buzzing, especially on weekends when families come out, but the third floor is a bit quieter which is nice for design work. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and sketches. If you’re coming by metro, Rohini West is the closest stop and it’s just a short walk from there. The elevators in the mall are sometimes slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren’t carrying anything heavy. It's a small team here. Our desks are usually covered in papers and samples. We didn't bother with fancy lighting or anything like that. We just use the overhead stuff and a few desk lamps. Sometimes the music from the food court drifts up, but you get used to it after a week. Being in the Monestry area of the mall makes it easy to explain where we are to people. We grab lunch from the local stalls downstairs most days. It’s a decent spot to work from because everything is right there. It isn't a massive corporate office, just a functional studio where we get the designs finished. We try to keep things tidy, but when we are busy, things get a bit messy.
