Visen Industries Ltd is what the sign says on the door, but to us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. Kolkata is a crowded city, and Amlenshu Sen Road is no exception. There is always noise from the street below, cars honking, and people going about their business. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. The space is filled with desks, old files, and the sound of fans or the AC trying to keep the humidity away. We handle various industrial tasks, and it involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. It is a local business feel, not some glass skyscraper. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guys. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We don't have any big corporate mission posters on the walls. We just come in, handle the orders, talk to the suppliers, and go home to our families. It’s honest work in a busy city.
