UAV Properties LLP

We are based over here at Dum Dum Park, specifically at 195/B Shyamnagar Road. It’s been a while since UAV Properties LLP started operating from this corner of North 24 Parganas. Most people know the area by the LP-43/12 marking near the road. We handle property matters. It isn't always easy keeping up with all the paperwork and the local changes in West Bengal, but we stay at it. The office is usually busy with people coming in to ask about plots or buildings around here. We just try to get the work done right. Sometimes the traffic on Shyamnagar Road makes getting here a bit of a chore, but it's a good spot once you arrive. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood lately. New buildings are going up everywhere you look. Being located in 700055 means we are right in the thick of things. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular place where we sit and talk through things with anyone who walks in. It’s mostly about managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with owning and selling land or houses. We keep our files organized as much as possible, though on Mondays it can get a bit messy with all the phone calls. If you are looking for us, just find the Dum Dum Park area. We'll be there, likely drinking some tea and looking over some blueprints or tax documents. That is basically what happens here every day.
