Thiess India Pvt Ltd has another location in the New Town area of Kolkata. We are specifically at Hig I/Iii, 1A1 in Green Wood Park. This place is right near the DLF IT Park, so it feels a lot newer and more modern than the older, traditional parts of the city. There are many tall buildings, new apartment complexes, and wide roads all around us. Our office is in Green Wood Park, which is a nice enough spot with a bit of greenery here and there. The pincode for this area is 700156. Since we are so close to the IT park, there is always a lot of activity nearby, with many people going to work in the big technology companies. We have our own space here where we handle our engineering and management work. It can be a bit of a journey for some of us to get out here to New Town, but the roads are generally better than in the heart of the city. We don’t have a big mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, look at our schedules, and get to work. It is a busy environment, but we try to keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks we have. We usually eat our lunch at our desks or visit one of the small food stalls that have opened up in the area recently. It is just a straightforward, modern work life. We are just people doing our jobs.
