Tantia Constructions Limited

We are located over at FE 310 in Salt Lake City, Sector III. Kolkata is a big city, but Salt Lake has its own feel to it. Tantia Constructions Limited has been operating from this address for some time now. It’s a decent area, and we like being here. The office is where we handle the day-to-day stuff for our building projects. It's not one of those high-rise corporate offices. It’s more of a practical space. We have maps on the walls and plenty of files everywhere. Usually, there’s someone here if you drop by, though we are often out checking on the progress of different jobs. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the office side of things organized. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with talk. We just show up and do the work. The people who work here are local folks who understand how buildings in Kolkata need to be made to last. Sometimes we have long meetings over cold chai, trying to figure out a tricky structural issue. It’s just how it goes. We’ve done a lot of work in the neighborhood and beyond. People know us by name, not just by the company title. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We don't really have a big fancy lobby, just some chairs for visitors. It’s about the work outside these walls.
