We've been working out of Khardha for a good bit now. Most days it’s just us dealing with blueprints and making sure the trucks get where they need to go in Kolkata. It gets pretty humid around here, especially in the afternoons when we're trying to wrap up paperwork. We’re tucked away in West Bengal, near the 700118 area, and most people around here know us as the folks who handle the big building projects. It’s not fancy. The office has some old chairs and a lot of dust from the sites, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the concrete sets before the rain hits. Sometimes the traffic in Kolkata makes everything run late, which is a headache, but that’s just how it goes. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. Usually, it's just about checking the supplies and talking to the crew about what needs doing next. We keep the tools in the back. If you walk past our place, you'll probably hear a lot of shouting about cement orders or where the excavator needs to be. It’s loud and messy, but that is construction for you. We just try to keep things moving along without too much trouble from the weather or the machines breaking down on us. It takes a lot of effort to stay on top of the schedule, but we manage somehow. We just focus on the task in front of us.
