Swapnodip Micro Service Foundation

We are based at Kalicharan Das’s house in Gopalnagar. It’s in the North 24 Parganas area. It’s not a corporate office. It’s just a place where we gather to get work done. We handle a lot of small tasks for the people around here. Most of the time, we are just sitting on the porch or in the main room talking through things. We don't have a big team. It’s just a few of us who wanted to do something useful. The roads here can get a bit rough, but people still manage to find us. We keep our files in a couple of old cabinets. It’s not very high-tech. We mostly rely on word of mouth. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We just show up every day and see what needs doing. Some days are busy and some are very slow. We take it as it comes. It’s a very local operation. We know the families around here and they know us. That makes things easier. We don't have a boss in a suit. We just work together and try to keep things moving. There’s always someone stopping by for water or a quick chat. It’s a community thing more than a business. We just keep the records straight and do the work. It’s simple and honest. We have been here for a while and plan to stay right where we are.
