Sustha Jeevan

We are located out in Chak-Kanthalia, right by the Kalyani Expressway. Most people know the Wireless Gate landmark, so we just tell them to look for that. It’s in the Nona Chandanpukur area of Barrackpur. Being so close to the expressway means there is a lot of movement around us. We see trucks and cars zooming by all day. Our building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the road. Inside Sustha Jeevan, it’s mostly just us handling the daily tasks. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy. We have some local staff who have been with us since we opened. The air out here is a bit different than in the middle of Kolkata. We have our routine of opening up, checking the mail, and getting things ready for whoever is coming in. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely if the traffic is light, but usually, there’s enough going on to keep us occupied. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to write our bios. We just work here. The space is functional. We have the rooms we need and a place to sit. It’s an honest way to spend the day. If you are driving down the expressway, you might miss us if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes through the door.
