Simplex Projects Ltd has a presence out in Jonepur, near Kanchrapara in North 24 Parganas. Our address is listed as Santanu Kr. Patra care of Mr. Chittaranjan Patra, and it is a much quieter place compared to the big city offices. Being in West Bengal, especially in a place like Jonepur, gives a different feel to how we work. It’s a bit more personal here. We don’t have a massive building with a sign on top. It’s more like a local spot where we can keep track of what is happening in this region. Most of our day involves talking to local workers or checking on the progress of things nearby. The pace can be a little different, but the work is still the same. We deal with the usual issues like the weather or waiting for materials to arrive on time. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing more over the phone or in person. It is an honest way to work, and we don’t feel the need to make it sound like something it isn't. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and people around here know who we are. It’s just a simple office setup where we get our projects sorted out without any big fuss or corporate speeches. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing for the day. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break then and finish up later.
