It is just a place for us to work on our plans and keep our files in order. We have a small crew and everyone knows each other well. Sodepur is a busy place and getting around can be a challenge with all the traffic on Krishnapur Road. We spend a lot of time on the phone and in meetings with people from the neighborhood. We are not a corporate giant with a lot of rules. We just focus on getting the infrastructure projects done right. Our days are long and often quite tiring but we like the work. We don't have any promotional flyers or a big marketing budget. Most people find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing our sites. We are just regular people who know a lot about building things. It is a practical life and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We are just happy to be working in Kolkata and helping out where we can with our skills.
