We are based in Sodepur, specifically over at H.B. Town East at Sri C.R. Ganguly’s house, number 2/2. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more personal than a big office building in the center of the city. We’ve been operating from here in the 24-Pgs North district for quite some time now. Our work involves a lot of infrastructure projects, which means our staff is usually scattered across different sites. But this house in Sodepur is where we all come back to for the administrative side of things. It’s a simple setup with no fancy trimmings. We spend our time looking over blueprints, managing schedules, and making sure the supplies are moving. It’s honest work and it gets busy, especially when we have several things going at once. We don't go in for any of that corporate speak or big promises. We just try to do a solid job on every project we take on. Being in a local neighborhood like this means we see our neighbors every day, and we like that. It keeps us grounded. The office itself is full of papers and maps, and there’s usually someone on the phone trying to coordinate a delivery. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is and we get the job done. That’s just how we operate around here, without any of the extra polish or nonsense.
