Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Out here in Fingapara, specifically at 57/1/19 A.B. Road, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. has a solid setup going. This part of North 24 Parganas is quite active, and being on the main road helps us stay connected to the different sites we manage. Our address is a bit of a mouthful with all the numbers, but once you get here, it’s just a regular office where we deal with the daily grind of infrastructure work. We spend most of our time looking at maps and coordinating with the crews out in the field. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure the steel and concrete get to the right spots at the right time. The office itself is practical, filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and usually a few sets of boots by the door. West Bengal can be humid, and the monsoon season always makes the work a bit more complicated, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been part of the local landscape for a bit, and we know the area well. It’s a lot of hard work, and sometimes the days are long when we have deadlines to meet, but everyone here just puts their head down and gets on with it. We don't really do much for show; we just care about the projects staying on track and the workers staying safe. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us and the people we build for. Every day brings a new set of challenges, whether it's a delivery delay or a change in the weather.
