Located at 133 Dakshindari Road, this office is right in the middle of a heavily industrial part of Kolkata. It’s not the kind of place you come for a casual stroll. There are trucks moving all the time, and the air is thick with the smell of diesel and dust. Our office is a functional space, built to handle the rough-and-tumble of the construction business. We have a lot of heavy equipment coming in and out of the yard. The walls are lined with project photos and charts that track our progress. It’s a loud environment, but we like it that way. It feels like things are actually getting done. Most of the staff here have been in the industry for decades. We don’t have much time for small talk or fancy presentations. We mostly discuss things like pile driving, earthmoving, and concrete pouring. The tea here is strong, and we drink a lot of it while waiting for the site reports to come in. The road outside can be a bit of a nightmare during the rains, but that’s just part of working in this part of town. We are right near the highway, which makes it easier for the big vehicles to move. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come here, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a heated discussion about logistics or material costs. It’s a real, hardworking atmosphere without any pretension.
