Simplex Infrastructures Limited

At our Habra-Sreenagar location, Simplex Infrastructures Limited feels more like a local hub than a big corporate office. Being out here in North 24 Parganas means we see a lot of the same faces every morning. The office itself is tucked away near the village and post office area, so it stays relatively quiet except for the sound of trucks now and then. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is mostly just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. People come in, grab their assignments, and head out to the different sites. We have a small crew that stays back to handle the phone calls and the local logistics. It can get pretty busy during the harvest season when the roads are full of tractors, but we manage to get our stuff done regardless. Nobody is wearing suits or ties here. Usually, it is just jeans and sturdy boots because that is what the work calls for. We know the neighbors, and they know us. If someone needs a hand with something small, we try to help out because that is how things are done in Sreenagar. It is a straightforward way to spend the work week. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just focus on the task right in front of us and hope the weather stays clear enough for the guys out in the field to finish up the day.
