We are over in the North 24 Parganas area, specifically in a spot called Dangadighilla. If you know where Bandipur is near the Khardah police station, that is basically where we are located. It’s part of the wider Kolkata region but feels a bit more removed from the main city traffic. Our work keeps us busy with different plots of land and construction around this part of West Bengal. It is mostly local guys working here. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we are out on the field or sitting in the small office we have near the village road. It gets dusty and hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the paperwork. We deal with a lot of local regulations and land stuff which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The roads around here can be narrow, so getting materials in takes a bit of planning. We’ve been operating out of this area for a bit now. People know us as the guys who are always checking on the sites near Bandipur. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by seeing our name on a sign or hearing it from a neighbor. It is a practical business. We focus on getting the walls up and making sure the roofs don't leak. That is about it really. We just stay focused on the work.
