Our office isn’t anything fancy; it’s just where we keep the records and meet up to discuss the day’s tasks. There’s usually a lot of noise from the road, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is mostly locals who have been with the company for a long time. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we're not. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the rain in Kolkata makes things difficult, especially getting to the site, but we manage. We aren't big on fancy slogans. We just talk about the projects and how to solve the problems that pop up on any job. Most afternoons involve a lot of checking and re-checking lists. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but it’s what we know. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do a good job in our corner of the city.
