Shamrock

Our place is over in Sector 1 of Salt Lake, at AD 58. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit quieter than most parts of the city, which is nice. We have this building that we’ve used for Shamrock for quite a while. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the storage area on the ground floor and the desks upstairs. Most of the day is spent looking at lists and checking the inventory. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us who show up every morning. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the tasks. The windows look out onto the street, and you can see the trees and the occasional rickshaw passing by. It’s a peaceful spot to work, honestly. We keep the inventory organized, but there’s always a corner that’s a bit messy with packing tape and old boxes. That’s just the reality of handling physical goods. We don’t have a lot of meetings or fancy presentations. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. If something is missing, we find it. If something needs to be sent out, we pack it. When five o'clock rolls around, we start wrapping things up. We make sure the windows are shut tight because of the rain. It’s a simple operation, and we like it that way. No one is trying to impress anyone; we just want to get the job done right.
