Sembawang Infrastructure (I) Pvt.Ltd.

Our office is located in the Nandagarh Housing Complex, right on Jessore Road in Barasat. We are in flat 4J on the fourth floor. It is a bit of a different setup since it is in a residential complex, but it works for what we do at Sembawang Infrastructure (I) Pvt.Ltd. The Kazipara area is pretty busy, so being in a housing complex gives us a bit of a quiet space to focus on our infrastructure projects. It is not a typical commercial office with a lobby and security guards. It is a plain flat where we have set up our workstations and filing cabinets. We do a lot of the planning and coordination for our Kolkata projects from here. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so we have all had to walk up those four floors once or twice. We are not a flashy company with a lot of money spent on office decor. We prefer to put our efforts into the actual engineering and construction work. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to site supervisors on the phone. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but Barasat is a good location for the projects we currently have on hand. We just want to do a decent job and keep everything moving forward. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment, and that is exactly how we like it.
