Scholar Correspondence College

We are located in Kolkata, right at Jetia Bazar in the Ratanraj Building. If you come by, you’ll find us on the 2nd floor. It is a busy area most days of the week. People are always moving around outside near the shops and the street is usually quite loud with traffic and folks doing their daily shopping. Being in West Bengal, specifically here in the 743135 zip code area, means we see a lot of local faces passing through the building. The office is pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time dealing with papers and mail since that is what happens at a correspondence college. It is not a very fancy place, just some desks and shelves filled with student records and books. Sometimes the fans are clicking away while we work on things. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most people around here know the building well because it’s a landmark in the bazaar. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stacks of paperwork get a bit high. It’s just how things go when you are managing students from all over. Kolkata has that specific energy where everything feels fast, but inside the office, it’s a bit more focused on the tasks at hand. We see the mailman every day without fail. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. That’s just the way the building was made long ago.
