You can find us at Saakshi Silver & Fashion Jewellery inside the City Centre mall. Our shop is D-002, right on the ground floor. It's a bit different being in a mall compared to a street shop. Everything is a bit brighter and the air conditioning stays on, which is nice when it’s hot outside. We have a lot of glass cases filled with silver and other jewellery. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of people just walking past who decide to stop in and look at something shiny. It’s a small shop, so it gets full pretty quickly. We spend a lot of time polishing things and making sure the displays look okay. It’s not just about selling stuff; it’s about the people who come in looking for something special for a wedding or a gift. We hear a lot of stories about why someone is buying a ring or a necklace. Working at City Centre means we see all kinds of people every day. We don't have a big corporate office behind us. It’s just a few of us here making sure the shop runs smoothly. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If someone likes something, they buy it. If not, they just have a look and move on. It’s a pretty simple way to spend the day. We are usually here from the time the mall opens until they turn the lights off in the evening.
