Royal Travel Agency is our small business here in Raghunathpur. We’re on the ground floor of Road 19, right on Duttabagan Road. Being near the Rajarhat Municipality makes us easy to find if you know that area of Kolkata. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Travel is what we know. We spend our days booking tickets and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It’s a lot of looking at screens and talking to airlines or bus companies. Sometimes it’s a bit repetitive, but we meet a lot of interesting people. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a practical space where we can get work done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We try to be straightforward about prices and what’s available. Kolkata is a big place and everyone is always moving. We just help them get where they need to go. Sometimes there are delays or cancellations, and that’s when things get really busy for us. We try to fix those problems as fast as we can. It’s a local shop feel, nothing corporate. We like being in Raghunathpur. It’s got a good community feel. If you’re around Duttabagan Road, you’ll see our door. Come in if you need a hand with your next trip. We're usually here until the evening when things quiet down a bit.
