Our place is over in Shastribagan, right in the Baguiathi area of Kolkata. If you know the neighborhood, it's pretty packed with buildings and traffic. We deal with logistics, which basically means we manage how goods move from one point to another. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The office at Db 29A is where we sit and figure out the routes. Sometimes the weather in Kolkata makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard, but we do what we can. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with shiny glass walls; it’s more of a practical workspace with desks and a lot of files. We handle a lot of different types of cargo. Some days are quiet, and other days everyone is talking at once. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes there are delays with the trucks or the paperwork, but that’s the nature of this business. We just try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so the locals and regular drivers know the way. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It's just a regular logistics office trying to get things from A to B in one piece. We keep some basic records on paper and some on the computer. It’s a mix of old and new ways of doing things.
