Progressive Construction Co. is located over in East Belgharia, specifically at 3No, K.M. Ghosh Road. We are tucked into the 2nd Lane of Nandan Nagar in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know the streets can be quite narrow and crowded, but that’s just how it is in our neighborhood. Our office is in an old building that has seen plenty of years. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy out front. Mostly, it’s just a place where we store our tools and go over the accounts. We’ve been working in the construction line for quite some time now, mostly around the local Kolkata area. It’s a lot of coordination with laborers and trying to find the best prices for cement and steel. Some days are long, starting early in the morning and not finishing until well after dark. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we’ve already done and the people who know us in Nandan Nagar. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when multiple jobs are going on at once, but we try to stay organized with our notebooks and spreadsheets. We like the local feel of being in Belgharia. It’s a real place with real people, and we are just trying to do our part in the building trade without making a big scene about it.
