Priya Construction

Priya Construction is located at 41/1 Fingapara Rathtala in Kankinara. We are right by the post office in Fingapara, in the North 24 Parganas area. Our little office has been here for a good while. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise and people moving about. We handle construction work for people around this part of West Bengal. It’s not an easy job. There is always something to fix or something new to build. We spend more time out at the work sites than we do sitting behind a desk. The office is mostly for keeping the tools and the papers in order. It’s a bit cramped inside, but it works for us. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a big website. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they come looking for us at Rathtala. We try to keep our prices fair and our work decent. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, especially during the monsoon when everything gets soaked. We just wait for the rain to stop and get back to it. There’s nothing corporate about how we run things. We are just local people working hard to make a living. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in our work clothes, probably covered in some brick dust or mud. That’s just the nature of construction work in Kankinara. We take it one day at a time.
