N' Macco (India) Industries

You can find us at number 12 on J.N. Sarkar Street. It is an older part of the neighborhood and our building has a bit of age to it. We have been operating from this same address for a good many years now. Inside the workshop, things are a little cramped because of all the equipment we have squeezed in, but we know exactly where every tool is kept. The work we do is mostly mechanical and very hands-on. We don't use much automation here, so it is still about the individual skill of the workers on the floor. Every morning we roll up the shutters and get the motors warmed up. The street outside gets incredibly busy during the middle of the day, so getting trucks in and out for deliveries takes some careful planning. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. If you come by to see us, you will probably find someone covered in grease or dust. That is just the nature of industrial work. We handle various parts and metal components for different clients. It involves a lot of measuring, cutting, and double-checking our work. Sometimes the lights flicker when the bigger machines start up. We just deal with it and keep going. We are just a bunch of people trying to do a solid job with the tools we have available. It isn't quiet but it is where we work.
