M.T. Builders

M.T. Builders is situated at 20, Chapper Mahal in the Sadar Bazaar area of Barrack Pore. That is in Kolkata, West Bengal. We have been in this spot for some time now. Sadar Bazaar is always crowded and noisy, but it’s a good place to be for a building business. Our office is in Chapper Mahal, which is an old building with a lot of character. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who need work done. Being in Kolkata, you get used to the humidity and the constant movement of the city. We do a lot of our planning right here in the bazaar. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just M.T. Builders. We know the local streets and the way things work around here in Barrack Pore. Most of our staff live nearby, so they don't have a long commute. We keep things pretty informal. If someone wants to talk about a project, they just come in and we sit down with a cup of tea. It’s more about the work than the presentation for us. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would do. The pincode is 700120 if you are sending anything.
