M/S Tantia Constructions Ltd

M/S Tantia Constructions Ltd is based out in Ambikanagar village, near the Debalaya post office in the North 24 Parganas district. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like being out here where the work is actually happening. Our office is a simple setup right in the village. We spend most of our time traveling between different sites in West Bengal. The local terrain can be a bit challenging, especially with all the water and greenery around, but we have managed to get plenty of projects finished over the years. We aren't a big, fancy firm with suits and ties. We are mostly in boots and dusty clothes. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too hot. We have a small group of workers who know their way around a construction site. We don't really do much advertising because people around the district know who we are and where to find us. Whether it’s fixing a road or putting up a new structure, we just get on with it. Sometimes getting the heavy machinery into these smaller village areas is a bit of a struggle, but we always manage to find a way. It’s hard work, and the pay is earned through a lot of sweat, but that’s the way we like to do things. It feels more honest that way.
