We run our operations from the Matkal Nimta Housing Estate in Kolkata, specifically out of Flat No-6/1 on Rabindra Sarani. It is a bit of a different setup since we are located inside a housing estate, but it works for us because it keeps things quiet enough to focus on the technical details of our work. Being in Nimta means we are away from the main city rush of Kolkata, though we still deal with the usual humidity and the heavy rains that can sometimes put a stop to everything for a few days. The office feels more like a home than a workplace, which suits our small team just fine. We spend a lot of time on our computers looking at Demag engineering specs and making sure our project timelines are realistic. It is not a flashy environment at all. We have our desks, our files, and a small kitchen where we make coffee when the afternoons get long. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there is a real local feeling to how we do things. We handle a lot of technical coordination and sometimes the paperwork for the equipment can get pretty complicated with all the regulations we have to follow. We just take it slow and make sure we don't miss any of the small details. It is a steady pace of work without the pressure of a big corporate office environment.
