We operate out of the Sundia Housing Estate over in Jagatdal. It's a bit of a drive out in the North 24 Parganas district, but it works for us. The site office is located at F 6+9, and it’s usually humming with activity. We focus on the bigger infrastructure stuff that keeps the region moving. There’s always a lot of dust and noise when we’re in the middle of a project, but that’s the nature of the beast. We’ve got a lot of local workers from around West Bengal who show up every morning ready to put in the hours. It’s not a desk job by any means. We’re out there in the sun and the mud most days. Dealing with supply chains and logistics in this part of the country can be a headache sometimes, but we manage. We aren't into flashy logos or big speeches. We just want to make sure the foundations are solid and the beams are straight. Most of the guys know the drill by now. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the housing estate over the years. It’s a decent place to be based. We keep things pretty simple. If there’s a road to be built or a structure to put up, we figure out the best way to do it with what we have. It’s practical, hands-on work that doesn’t leave much room for standing around and chatting. We just do our best and hope the weather stays clear.
