We’ve been based here at 66/4 Pallishree for a good while now. Shyamnagar is a busy enough place, and being in the 24 Pgs(N) area keeps us on our toes. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we get our consulting work done. Most days start with tea and figuring out which files need looking at first. People around here know the address, near the post office. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we like it here. The local atmosphere is quiet enough to think but close enough to the main bits of the town. We’re Ms Constell Consultants Pvt. Ltd., but to most folks nearby, we’re just the people in the Pallishree building. We don't have a big reception area or flashy signs. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of papers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It feels real. We handle the paperwork and the consulting side of things without making a big fuss. It’s just how we operate. Living and working in this part of West Bengal has its own rhythm. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood while you’re typing away. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the consulting bits, and head home when the sun starts going down. It’s a simple setup for us.
